Where our meat comes from

Our beef doesn’t come from prairie feedlots. It comes from the high country of northwest Colorado, where cattle graze on tall mountain grass, timothy, and clover in the shadow of the Flat Top Wilderness and finished.

The families who raise our cattle have worked this land for generations. Fathers taught sons and daughters, who taught their kids, and every generation got better and better as the years have gone by. They’ve carefully chosen which animals to breed, building herds with the genetics for exceptional marbling, tenderness, and flavor. That kind of quality can’t be rushed or faked. It takes generations.

Combine the best grass in the Rockies and generations of ranching and you get beef that’s in a class of its own.

That’s where our meat comes from. Once you taste it, you’ll know it.
