Flat Top Meats started with a simple idea: the best beef in the world is raised right here in northwest Colorado, and more families should be able to eat it. So our job is to make sure everyone has access to the best beef in the world.

Our cattle comes from ranching families around McCoy and the Yampa Valley, people who have worked this ground for 4 and 5 generations. Generations of careful breeding go into every animal. These families have spent their lives improving their herds, and the result is beef with deep marbling, rich flavor, and a story you can trace back to the people who raised it.

We do things the old-fashioned way on delivery, too. No 40 lbs box left on your driveway by a parcel carrier. We schedule a time with you, back our own freezer truck up to your garage, and our crew loads your beef into your freezer with white gloves on for a VIP service. If you don’t have a freezer yet, we can take care of that too with certain boxes having a free freezer delivered before the meat even comes to you.
